1. I've never tried Pilates. Can I still follow the program?

Pocket Pilates is for everyone. If you're a beginner, a dedicated Pilates student, or even an athlete - this program can benefit you.

If you're pregnant, this program is not recommended as specific modifications aren't provided.

If you have any injuries/physical restrictions, please consult your doctor before starting the program.

2. If I'm unsure about a move in the program, what do I do?

Demonstrations of all the exercises are provided in the eBook. Short videos of the movements will also be shared via email once the purchase is complete.

3. Will I always have access to the program?

Yes! This is your purchase and you have it for life. You can start or re-start the program whenever you like.

4. Will I lose weight?

Although it can help in your weight loss journey, it isn't the goal of the program. The workouts created will make you feel strong and sculpted. If you're following a specific weight-loss program and/or diet, Pocket Pilates will be a great compliment to it.
